Lecturer in Forensic Human Identification and autopsy practice at the University of Derby, and an enthusiastic ambassador for Innovation for Learning.

BSc (Hons) from the University of Derby, winning numerous awards for my research. MSc from the University of Bradford. The research I started during my time at Bradford in the use of implants as an aid to identification is being actively continued by myself at www.opsit.org.uk

I am a registered expert on the NPIA database, as well as the International Association for Identification (IAI), and INFORCE. In addition I am also an active member of the Forensic Science Society (FSS), British Association for Human Identification (BAHID), the British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology (BABAO), and the American Association for Physical Anthropology (AAPA).
